Ice wine is the pinnacle of sweet wine production, since the grapes have to be frozen during processing, which requires temperatures of -8°C or lower. The late harvest yields only around 15% of the original harvest.
Fruity taste on the palate, combined with a fine acidity, ending in a long and creamy-sweet finish. A seductive wine with fine honey notes and distinct Veltliner fruit.

Exceptional right from the start: vinified from the best Grüner Veltliner grapes, carefully selected by hand, grown on deep loess soil in our top site Ölberg vineyard, fermented and then matured for 14 months in natural granite stone barrels.

The rough surface of the granite with its pores allows the wine to breathe and develop its full flavour.

Aromatic, intense with a long finish on the palate. Multi-layered, mineral and very balanced.

Closed with untreated natural cork and sealed with wax.
